Client Services Executive
Responsibilities:
● Actively handle sales/enquiries and qualifying and converting leads/opportunities to closure.
● Track and ensure planned sales targets are achieved.
● Working together with the media team to plan and implement creative marketing ideas to build market share and awareness.
● Ensure that marketing plans are executed in line with brand image and expected standards.
Requirements:
● Degree in Business, Management or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
● Strong leads/opportunities management and influencing ability.
● Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English.
● Strong customer service skills especially working with international clients.
● Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
● A team player with a can-do attitude, self-initiative driven personality and attention to detail.
● Strong computer and internet skills.
● Should be looking for a long term career prospect.
